FAQ

  • Who is this course for?

Consultants who are still using AI as a chatbot. This is a foundation-level program. If you've already built these systems and are seeing the results, it isn't for you.

  • What's included?

Five weekly 60-minute live sessions on Zoom with Richard, one for each module: Setting Up AI For Success, AI Marketing Systems, Sales and Proposals, Client Delivery, and Operations. Plus a bonus session on Service Design, covering how to rethink and structure your consulting services, and how to price them, now that clients can do more of the work themselves.

  • When are the live sessions?

Weekly on Zoom on Fridays, starting Friday, October 30. Sessions are at 5 pm UK, Noon Eastern, and 9 am PST and last 60 minutes. The first session on October 30 is the exception: it's at 1 pm Eastern and 10 am Pacific, because the US changes its clocks a week after the UK.

  • What if I can't attend a live session?

If you can't make a session live, the recording and materials will be in the course portal afterward.

  • I'm a member of The Trusted Practice. Do I need to buy this?

No. Getting Started With AI In Consulting is included in your membership.

  • Can I bring my team?

Yes. Team pricing is available for 2–5 people from the same firm. Email [email protected] directly for a quote.

What consultants are saying

“I've been an avid subscriber to Richard's newsletter for years now, and it has continued to provide impactful inspiration on how to address the genuine challenges early-career consultants face — so I knew this course would be invaluable. The course met my high expectations, and was very helpful for inspiring how to package and sell the work that I do for games teams, shaping my expertise into a compelling offer. I particularly appreciated the live sessions, time spent with Rich and other consultants, to explore these challenges together — alongside the automated tools shared to help guide through the process. This will continue to inspire my practice for years to come.”

Steve Bromley, Games User Research Consultant

“Richard Millington's consulting course really helped me define my offering, refine it in context of thought leadership and audience, and figure out pricing and best ways of client acquisition. He created useful tools to help define offering, niche, positioning, and pricing that I will continue to use as I refine my consulting business. In one-on-one coaching, he helped me see how my experience brings unique value to my clients. My pipeline has more than doubled since I took his course!”

Shara Karasic, Exo AI

“Before this course, I often felt unsure how to handle tricky client interactions — scope, expectations, conflicting priorities. I've only been consulting for about a year, so the specific guidance and talk tracks Richard provides have been invaluable. I feel far more confident and equipped now to take on high-value projects with discerning clients.”
